At Sufias Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

🔄 Return & Exchange Window:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

✅ Eligible Items:

  • All regular-priced women’s clothing items are eligible.

  • Items bought during sales or with a discount may be eligible for exchange only (unless defective).

  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if the item is defective.

  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back.

🔁 Return/Exchange Costs:

  • Exchange shipping is free for the first time.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case.

  • Cash refunds are only applicable in cases of order cancellation before dispatch or defective/incorrect items.
